After you install windows you need to install the proper drivers from the apple software update to run windows 10 under bootcamp. The SFC command is just sfc /scannow and hit enter from an elevated command prompt ( + X ) click on command prompt (Admin). The iMac has Turbo Boost up to 3.6 GHz supported, and 1 TB hard drive.
