- Apple today seeded the ninth beta of macOS 10.15 Catalina to developers, two weeks after seeding the eighth macOS Catalina beta and over three months after the new Mac operating system update was.
- MacOS Catalina is currently in developer beta. This basically means that Mac users who build software, hardware, web sites, and engage in other development activity are able to actively test MacOS 10.15. The developer beta system is intended for developers and is not meant for widespread use outside of that group of advanced users.

Now that macOS Catalina 10.15 is live you still will want to get any bugs that you find into Apple now. After the production release of the OS bugs can take longer to fix. The 10.14.4 “Update Keychain” bug is a perfect example.

Overview
